Restored 1976 Bronco
Original Ford VIN Owner Card
Warranty Card
I am the 4th owner of this Bronco. Its was restored to original brown metallic and was in Oregon, then Arizona,
California, and back to Oregon. The Bronco was original and uncut until 2000. The body is solid and all Ford
panels are in place; no funky patchwork or homemade floors. The doors fit and close nicely as do the hood and
tailgate. As the last owner I painted the Bronco Mercedes Metallic Gray and added wheels, tires, and shocks.
I do have original paperwork for a lot of the work from the 3rd owner and I also have pictures of the rig in its
original form. I also have some of the original paperwork when the rig was bought new in 1977. Original Ford
Owner Card with VIN, Warranty Card and Sleeve.

This Bronco has been is storage for the last couple of years and was only started a few times over that time. Here
are the few items I wanted to share. I noticed the belt squeals when started. It is fine once you drive. The
power windows aren't working. They were working when I stored it but I haven't had time to check them out. The
rig was tennis ball yellow when I bought it. I was going to put on a different style bumper so I had the sprayed
with one coat of black paint thinking I would get rid of them. Long story short I never bought new bumpers so the
bumpers need to be powder coated. They don't have great paint job on them. There is a rock chip on the right side
near the hood (see picture). Also the roll bar has a nut that holds it together and when it got tighten when is
was first painted the paint was soft so it flaked off right at the head of the nut. Other than that the rig is
amazing.
